MartinBauer announces the successful acquisition of Husarich GmbH, a renowned producer of spices and herbs catering to various segments of the food industry. The acquisition marks a milestone to the company’s growth strategy, amplifying its capabilities in the food industry.
Founded in 1994 by Ernes Husarich, Husarich GmbH has established itself as a key player in the production of processed spices and herbs, including pepper, coriander, basil, and custom blends. With a steadfast commitment to quality and food safety, Husarich aligns seamlessly with MartinBauer’s principles. “We are excited to welcome Husarich GmbH into the MartinBauer family. Husarich GmbH will continue to operate as an autonomous entity, maintaining its brand and current management structure. Ernes Husarich will remain an integral part of the company, serving as an advisor, ensuring continuity, and providing valuable insights.
Husarich’s production will merge into MartinBauer´s Alveslohe facility, situated 30km north of Hamburg. This strategic consolidation of resources will streamline operations while upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The synergies between MartinBauer’s expertise in various industries and Husarich’s profound knowledge in the food sector will foster innovation and drive the development of safer, more advanced solutions for the customers of both companies.
