Continuing its now-established tradition of ongoing, transparent reporting, MartinBauer has published its fourth GRI report.
With the publication of its fourth Sustainability Report in line with the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), MartinBauer is continuing its voluntary, consistent and transparent reporting tradition, which began in 2020. This way, the company makes its ecological and social responsibility visible and quantifiable. The latest report, which has around 80 pages, contains key data on targets, measures and developments in 2024. To achieve a shared understanding of the sustainability strategy and a globally consistent data basis, the company’s international sites were also involved in the reporting process. The topics covered range from workplace safety and the circular economy to employment and due diligence obligations in the supply chain. The report is available on the website in German and English: Sustainability – MartinBauer

Outlook
The GRI is considered the most widely used sustainability reporting standard in the world. As well as drawing up reports in line with the GRI standard, MartinBauer is preparing for the provisions of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which stipulates binding reporting obligations for all EU countries and whose scope is soon to be expanded.
