We use a tried-and-tested quality management system based on the DIN EN ISO 9001 standard to guarantee our customers the well-known quality and product security at all times. This integrated management system complies with all legal specifications from the food and pharmaceuticals fields as well as specific customer requirements, while also fully accommodating all environmental considerations.
In addition to furthering our commitment to the constant improvement of our products and processes, the Martin Bauer quality management system:
- Includes an Hygiene- and HACCP-concept that monitors defined critical control points (certification according to international standards IFS and BRC)
- Implements the Food Hygiene Directive
- Is aligned with drug legislation for pharmaceutical companies (GMP).
At the same time, Martin Bauer customers benefit from the experience of an independent testing laboratory in the nature network. PhytoLab works on our behalf testing the quality of raw materials, intermediate products and end products. This laboratory, which is accredited according to EU Directive 93/99/EWG, prepares test reports that are known and recognized the world over.
In addition, some Martin Bauer products are subject to inspection by BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH as well as kosher certification.
