We have many years of experience in the production of large batches of herbal and fruit teas, and we used this experience to develop a number of these facilities ourselves. This provides us with yet another opportunity to optimize the processing of the widest possible range of raw materials.
To ensure the renowned, consistently high quality of Martin Bauer’s products, our products are produced according to specially developed multi-stage processes. All raw materials and finished and semi-finished products are subject to quality controls and continuous inprocess controls. Our overriding goal in all processing operations is to preserve the valuable constituents.
In addition, we are especially dedicated to the protection of stock. This protection begins with the arrival and storage of commodities and continues through to their delivery to our customers. Our optimized warehouses, stock protection consultants and a secure early warning system conform to the highest standards. Our patented MABA-PEX system is unique throughout the world, and the environmentally friendly, residue-free MABA-PEX process works with carbon dioxide from natural sources.
